It was great news to hear RBA’s interest rate cut by 25 basis points earlier this Month. But what does this mean to you? On average this will see borrowers saving approximately $47 a month on a $300,000 mortgage. This of course depends on your financial institution and what cut they passed along to you. Ray White Runaway Bay Group have achieved great success since January 2015 having successfully sold $125 Million of Real Estate in Gold Coast.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed the interest rate remains steady. Recent research showing an increase of 7.9% in the past 12 months for dwelling prices across Australia’s combined capital cities, which is a sign of the real estate market becoming stable across Australia.

We were privileged to have taken part in Luxury Property Showcase (LPS) in Beijing earlier this month. Multiple new developments were showcased including Aura – Varsity Lakes Apartments, East Quay 2, Brighton Grand Luxury Apartments – Southport plus one of Brisbane’s largest private riverfront estates – White Waltham, in addition to luxury waterfront homes from the Gold Coast. Multiple contracts were written during the 3 day event plus vital relationships were built with local/international buyers and highly respected local agents. This is only one of the many property events which our group looks forward to attending in the coming years to showcase our beautiful Gold Coast to international markets.
